PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 24.

(1) JV Auto EOOD processes the personal data of users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act and the Privacy Policy published on JVAUTO.BG.

(2) Personal data provided by the user upon registration, placing an order, delivery, payment, complaint or other communication with the Supplier shall be processed only if there is an applicable legal basis and for specifically defined purposes.

(3) When the processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with the user, the provision of the data necessary for its performance does not require separate consent.

(4) The sending of advertising and marketing messages, electronic newsletters and personalized commercial offers shall be carried out only when there is an applicable legal basis.

Where processing is based on consent, the user has the right to withdraw it at any time as easily as he/she has provided it, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.
